Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of DWDM Network projects. - Design, implement, configure, and test network solutions for clients, with a focus on Optical Technologies. - Organize, supervise, and guide the installation, integration, and acceptance testing of transmission networks, particularly DWDM. - Prepare reports and documentation related to network activities. - Troubleshoot and analyze network problems. - Deliver technical support for DWDM and OTN products. - Supervise installation processes. - Conduct optical power testing using optical power meters, spectrums, OTDR, and other relevant tools. - Perform optical power debugging, single site debugging, and system commissioning. - Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot DWDM products. - Monitor DWDM network through NMS and address any issues. - Manage tickets and handle network outages. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, IT, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or -- Computer Science for DWDM Engineers. A diploma for Assistant Engineers. - 1–2 years of hands-on experience and troubleshooting in equipment extraction and customer networks. - Experience in implementing DWDM optical networks. - Strong knowledge of DWDM/OTN for experienced candidates. - Knowledge of TCP/IP with a basic understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks. - Experience with optical test equipment and optical troubleshooting using OTDR, OSA, BERT, and optical power meters. - Availability for remote or on-site support 24/7 as needed. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. - CCNA certification is an added advantage. - Fluency in English, strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, time management, result-oriented approach, and computer skills.
