Terminal Assistant

1. To be responsible in handling passenger’s luggage. 2. To assist the passenger in a friendly, enthusiastic and courteous tone and manner when service is require. 3. To anticipate passenger’s needs and resolve passenger luggage problem. 4. Require to control all luggage operation from jetty to immigration complex. 5. To ensure all trolley to be replace properly. 6. To ensure all the terminal equipment to be use in proper way. 7. Require to know where and how to use the fire extinguisher in case of fire. 8. Do not to leave working area without replacement or permission. 9. Responsibilities for minor maintenance and safety of passenger embark/disembark of while they are at the pontoon. 10. To ensure that all available berthing apparatus are fully are operational, ready to be of service to ferries and passengers at all time. 11. To coordinate platform and gangways for embarkation / disembarkation of passenger. 12. To secure or release berthing line for all ferries and ensure that the berthing slots are totally safe for traffic. 13. To assist ferry personal with passenger and terminal administration matters. 14. To assist the terminal operation in controlling of passengers movement along the passageway. (Arrival and Departure) 15. To ensure safety and security of passenger during arrival and departure. 16. Responsible on all aspect of operation in the terminal including proposing the upgrading available infrastructure facilities. 17. To coordinate systematically the process of passenger flow in the terminal on all respective counter including government agencies. 18. To serve the government agencies available in the terminal on company administration matters.
