  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly. • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals. • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure. • Document support activities, solutions, and configurations. • Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment and software. • Stay updated on technological advancements and IT best practices. • Contribute to the development and improvement of IT support processes and procedures. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Basic understanding on MS Office, MS Windows, Lotus Notes, MS Outlook, VPN, MS IE, PC Basic Network Setup, Antivirus, Configure Network, wireless system, printer tools, and scanner tools etc. • At least 2 year(s) of working experience on hands-on technical support experience for PC / Server / Network under Windows environment. • Holder of MCP, MCSA 2003, MCTS, or MCITP preferred. • Interested to pursue career in IT support (desktop, server, network and infrastructure)
