Job Overview: The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly. • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals. • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure. • Document support activities, solutions, and configurations. • Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment and software. • Stay updated on technological advancements and IT best practices. • Contribute to the development and improvement of IT support processes and procedures. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Basic understanding on MS Office, MS Windows, Lotus Notes, MS Outlook, VPN, MS IE, PC Basic Network Setup, Antivirus, Configure Network, wireless system, printer tools, and scanner tools etc. • At least 2 year(s) of working experience on hands-on technical support experience for PC / Server / Network under Windows environment. • Holder of MCP, MCSA 2003, MCTS, or MCITP preferred. • Interested to pursue career in IT support (desktop, server, network and infrastructure)
