Key Responsibilities: 1. Lean Implementation and Strategy • Develop and execute Lean strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. • Design and implement Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, and Standard Work to optimize workflows and processes. • Lead Lean transformation projects and provide guidance to cross-functional teams. 2. Process Improvement • Analyze current processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste (Muda, Mura, Muri). • Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans for process improvements. • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency, productivity, and quality. 3. Training and Culture Building • Conduct Lean training sessions for employees at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement. • Mentor and coach teams on Lean principles and problem-solving techniques. • Promote employee engagement and collaboration in Lean initiatives. 4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting • Track and report the effectiveness of Lean initiatives using metrics and analytics. • Prepare performance reports and present findings to senior management. • Recommend actionable solutions based on data analysis to ensure sustained improvement. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration • Work closely with production, quality, logistics, and other departments to align Lean objectives. • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including suppliers, to drive Lean principles across the value chain. • Support the implementation of smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies for Lean optimization. ________________________________________ Qualifications and Requirements: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field. • Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt preferred). Experience: • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Lean Management or a similar role. • Proven track record of implementing Lean initiatives with measurable results. Skills: • Strong knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a collaborative environment. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and project management software. • Strong communication and presentation skills.
