Administration Task • To develop, promote and coordinate student activities, promoting positive student engagement. • Provides support to students in areas such as academic advising, career planning, and personal counselling. • Help students with co-curricular involvement and collaborate with other departments to address student needs. • Plans, directs, and reviews the activities of the students. • Coordinates and organizes special programs and events to support students and student organizations. • Maintains student records on database, creates and provides reports. Warden • Oversee the overall management and smooth functioning of the hostel. • Ensure that the students follow the rules and regulations of the hostels. • Run routine checks on hostels and report any damages to the assets, furniture and fittings. • Ensuring the hostel meet health and safety regulations, maintaining fire safety protocols, and managing emergency procedures. • Responsible for overseeing the procedures for both moving in and moving out of units/rooms. • Arranging new hostel requisition, renewal hostel agreement and termination hostel rental. • To monitor and act base on urgencies base on complaint for hostel maintenance from time to time. REQUIREMENTS • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably within an educational institution. • Exposure in Education Industry will be an added advantage. • Self-confident, optimist and computer literate. • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. • Excellent interpersonal skills • Able to work independently and a team • Able to meet deadlines when required
