Interior Design Project Manager

Job Overview: Johnids Interior Design is seeking a highly organized and creative Interior Design Project Manager to oversee and manage design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers while delivering high-quality results aligned with our brand’s vision. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Management: Lead and oversee multiple interior design projects simultaneously. Develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Ensure all projects align with Johnids’ design standards and client expectations. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Client Communication & Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and provide design solutions. Address client concerns and ensure their vision is brought to life. Design Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and functional design concepts. Review 3D renderings, drawings, and materials to ensure feasibility and compliance. Provide design insights based on industry trends and best practices. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal designers, procurement teams, and contractors. Assign tasks and ensure smooth workflow among team members. Conduct regular meetings to review progress and address challenges. Budgeting & Cost Management: Prepare project budgets and ensure cost control measures. Source and negotiate with suppliers to get the best value. Handle project invoicing and financial tracking. Quality Control & Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure quality standards. Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance. Ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior design project management. Strong understanding of design processes, materials, and construction methods. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management tools and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
