• Preferably able to start work immediately • Responsible for developing and establish food safety and quality assurance programs, policies and procedures to ensure highest quality and safety standards of products. • Establish and monitor effective sampling, recording and analysis of test results for process control verification for all Critical Control Points (CCP) including of pathogen reduction standards and focus on continuous improvement process. • Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures. • Responsible for supplier corrective action request (SCAR) management. • To comply with MOH, HALAL and DOSH regulations. • To continuously train and upgrade the skill and knowledge of subordinates and motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively and productively. • To initiate R&D efforts in creating new products and carry out R&D projects such as food formulation, sample preparation and sensory evaluation. • To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
