Job description : 1. Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards. 2. Assist in developing new pastry recipes and menu ideas. 3. Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and finished products. 4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pastry kitchen and equipment. 5. Monitor and control food waste, portion sizes, and inventory levels. 6. Assist in serving guests and maintaining excellent customer service. 7.Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations as per SOPs. 8. Work closely with the F&B team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Requirements : 1. Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in F&B industry 2. Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply 3. SPM, STPM with working experience in F&B industry, Diploma in Culinary or Diploma in Hotel Management 4. Team player 5. Great personality
