  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician Specialist to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence. JOB RESPONSIBILITY; 1. Installation: - Install, assemble, and commission HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and heating equipment, in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installation. 2. Maintenance and Repair: - Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems. - Repair or replace defective components, such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and filters. 3. Testing and Calibration: - Test HVAC systems for proper functionality and efficiency using specialized tools and equipment. - Calibrate system controls and ensure proper airflow, temperature, and humidity levels. 4. Compliance and Safety: - Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations as per Malaysian standards. - Ensure all work complies with local building codes and environmental regulations. 5. Customer Service: - Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues, repairs, and maintenance requirements. - Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. 6. Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory of parts used. 7. Team Collaboration: - Work collaboratively with other technicians, engineers, and project managers to complete tasks efficiently. Requirements: - Diploma or Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., SKM Level 3 or equivalent). - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar role. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and tools. - Familiarity with Malaysian safety standards and regulations. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Good physical condition to handle manual labor and work in confined spaces. - Valid D driving license (preferred).
