Content Creation & Strategy:
- Craft compelling and impactful written content for various channels.
- Ensure messaging aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Develop and implement content strategies to support brand visibility and corporate objectives.
- Utilize creative storytelling techniques to engage the audience and communicate key messages effectively.
- Tailor content to different audiences while maintaining consistency with the brand narrative.
- Align communication strategies with organizational goals and target audiences.
- Develop communication plans that support business priorities and enhance the organization's reputation.
- Oversee the crisis management protocols, ensuring that responses to any issues or risks are timely and aligned with corporate messaging.
- Lead communication efforts during a crisis, minimizing reputational damage and ensuring transparency.
- Oversee the development and management of the BPMB website content.
- Ensure content on the website is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with overall communication strategies.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize user experience and content engagement.
- Ensure all written content is clear, error-free, and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, public relations, and other departments, to coordinate messaging and content delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members or other departments on communication matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in writing and creating content for diverse channels.
- Background in corporate communications, public relations, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing communication strategies.
- Experience with storytelling and crafting narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Familiarity with brand voice and maintaining consistency in messaging.
- Previous involvement in media relations and press engagement.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborative work experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in corporate communications.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
- Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related role.
