Job Summary

This role plays a crucial role in crafting compelling and impactful written content, ensuring the messaging aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audience. This role involves a combination of creative storytelling, strategic communication, and attention to detail. This role will also oversee Crisis Management and the BPMB website management and content development.

Job Description

Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Craft compelling and impactful written content for various channels.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience.
  • Develop and implement content strategies to support brand visibility and corporate objectives.

Creative Storytelling

  • Utilize creative storytelling techniques to engage the audience and communicate key messages effectively.
  • Tailor content to different audiences while maintaining consistency with the brand narrative.

Strategic Communication

  • Align communication strategies with organizational goals and target audiences.
  • Develop communication plans that support business priorities and enhance the organization's reputation.

Crisis Management

  • Oversee the crisis management protocols, ensuring that responses to any issues or risks are timely and aligned with corporate messaging.
  • Lead communication efforts during a crisis, minimizing reputational damage and ensuring transparency.

Website Management & Content Development

  • Oversee the development and management of the BPMB website content.
  • Ensure content on the website is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with overall communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize user experience and content engagement.

Attention To Detail

  • Ensure all written content is clear, error-free, and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, public relations, and other departments, to coordinate messaging and content delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members or other departments on communication matters.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in writing and creating content for diverse channels.
  • Background in corporate communications, public relations, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing communication strategies.
  • Experience with storytelling and crafting narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Familiarity with brand voice and maintaining consistency in messaging.
  • Previous involvement in media relations and press engagement.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Collaborative work experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in corporate communications.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
  • Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related role.
  • Exceptional Writing Skills
    • Proficient in crafting clear, compelling, and error-free content for various platforms.
    • Ability to adapt writing style to suit different channels and target audiences.
  • Communications Strategy
