Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring manager to define job requirements, qualifications and skills for open positions
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media and networking
- Review and screen resume and applications to identify potential candidates for further evaluation.
