- Close sales deals face-to-face or digitally while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Match product and service value propositions to customer needs.
- Convince and advise customers on total solutions, including cash, credit, and extended warranty offerings.
- Generate leads through tele-calling, online methods, and field visits.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products within the Courts environment.
- Present products/services, handle complaints, and maintain records of calls and sales.
- Meet sales targets, especially in digital sales.
- Provide detailed product information, including warranties, maintenance, and financing options.
- Stay updated on pricing changes and adhere to company regulations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive.
- Basic understanding of customer service, sales principles, and retail experience.
- Strong product knowledge, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital platforms for online sales.
- Possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle for commuting.
- Minimum education: High school certificate (SPM).
