Job Description
- Source, initiate contact & negotiate local partnerships with media channels (TV, Radio, Print etc) within Malaysia
- Manage working relationships with key media partners
- Plan, conceptualize and execute promotional/marketing campaigns while collaborating with key stakeholders such as internal and external teams (e.g. Campaigns, Creatives, Events)
- Manage campaign-specific and overall budget and coordinate campaigns with other various marketing channels
- Perform tracking and analysis to continually optimize partnership campaigns performance and identify improvement areas
- Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
- Compare and negotiate rates, ad space and airtime
- Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Marketing or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in partnership/media buying is a plus, background in agency is preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of local market
