As the Business & Special Projects Analyst, you will have the front row opportunity to drive and/or support key Gentari Green Mobility strategic initiatives. Your main objective will be to contribute to the Gentari Green Mobility business performance goal setting, successful project management goal setting, project management & delivery of key strategic projects for driving the business towards success of its regional growth ambitions, as well as support in preparation of Board Updates for reporting overall business strategy focus areas or project updates.
This role will be reporting to Chief Business & Special Projects Officer (CBSPO) with opportunity to work with both the CBSPO and the Head of Business Planning & Special Projects.

As the Business & Special Projects Analyst, you will have the front row opportunity to drive and/or support key Gentari Green Mobility strategic initiatives. Your main objective will be to contribute to the Gentari Green Mobility business performance goal setting, successful project management goal setting, project management & delivery of key strategic projects for driving the business towards success of its regional growth ambitions, as well as support in preparation of Board Updates for reporting overall business strategy focus areas or project updates.
This role will be reporting to Chief Business & Special Projects Officer (CBSPO) with opportunity to work with both the CBSPO and the Head of Business Planning & Special Projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the business in its annual OKR/KPI planning & growth forecast, as well as any half-yearly or quarterly reviews;
- Lead or support diverse cross-functional strategic & special projects spanning across growth, regional partnership, M&A, commercial excellence and operational excellence;
- Project plan & project-manage key initiatives which deliver measurable impact to the business from a financial, operational and growth standpoint, through collaboration with various teams locally and regionally including Finance, Business Development, Operations, M&A, Ventures Digital and more;
- Analyse business performance, sharpen commercial and business operations effectiveness, identifying key trends, opportunity for growth & proposing effective solutions;
- Prepare and present project updates and outcomes for the Gentari Green Mobility leadership team, highlighting progress, key risks, outcomes and recommendations;
- Support any preparation of Board updates, including analyzing business performance, preparing business updates and shaping key messages;
- Support CEO office related initiatives where needed, such as organizing for monthly townhalls & business updates for driving alignment among GMOB employees.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent or any related field;
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity;
- Solid business, commercial and financial acumen with structured problem-solving and strong analytical skills;
- Strong project planning & project management abilities, including ability to work with various teams to drive teams towards a single success;
- Adaptable mindset and can-do attitude. Agility to adapt to business growth needs;
- Track record in an in-house strategy function and/or consulting roles and/or M&A/investment;
- Strong stakeholder management skills, where you can effectively manage and influence stakeholders of various levels to win wider team alignment;
- Self-driven, accountable with a passion for high-quality work.
