Salary Range: MYR204,000 - MYR228,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a digital training strategy aligned with organization’s long-term goals.
- Leverage digital technologies to enhance workforce skills and readiness for future challenges.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, technology providers, academic institutions, and regulators.
- Ensure training programs align with industry standards and incorporate the latest innovations.
- Design cutting-edge, scalable learning programs integrating hands-on and digital experiences.
- Address the industry's evolving needs by enhancing theoretical and practical skills.
- Implement advanced digital tools and platforms for impactful learning.
- Keep the organization at the forefront of learning technology advancements.
- Create learner-centric strategies to boost engagement, retention, and skill application.
- Contribute to overall organizational success through effective training experiences.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
- Continuously improve training content and delivery based on stakeholder input.

Key Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Educational Technology or related field.
- 10 years experience in related fields.
- HRDC Accreditation / Certified Trainer would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic leadership for designing and executing effective learning programs.
- Skilled in building and managing partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Experienced in implementing and optimizing digital learning platforms.
