What You´ll Do
What You´ll Do
- To develop and grow distributor sales in line with company goals and strategies.
- Collect and analyze market data to drive growth and develop markets within assigned region.
- Ensure revenue targets of distributors are achieved within the responsible territories.
- Develop joint business plans with each distributor to create and capture market demand Establish and lead regular meetings and conference calls with distributors, assist distributors with client training as required.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, establish and monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and margin within the defined sales region.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with distributors and other members of company.
- The ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
- Possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience and preferably in sales and electronics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate distributors and effectively engage with customers
- Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Business, market development and financial management skills
