Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring smooth operations. This role will require collaboration with various departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to drive sales efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Handle inquiries and assist in managing customer relationships.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and lead information.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and contracts for clients.
  • Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure the fulfillment of orders and services.
  • Assist with data entry and analysis related to customer feedback, sales data, and market research.
  • Support sales managers with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure customer needs are met and sales processes run smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in sales administration, preferably within the OTA or travel industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
