Job Summary
Responsible for driving and supporting the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy. Making sure system is in place.
Job Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, analyze, and report ESG data and KPIs. Track industry trends and benchmarks to identify improvement opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on ESG goals and initiatives.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with ESG regulations and reporting requirements. Prepare and submit ESG reports, including sustainability reports and proxy statements.
- ESG Integration: Integrate ESG considerations into all business functions, including supply chain, operations, finance, and human resources.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate environmental, social, and governance risks. Seize ESG-related opportunities.

Qualifications
- Possess minimum Bachelor Degree in Audit, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Risk Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experience, with at least 2 years of managerial role in Sustainability
- Experience in Bursa requirement ESG framework and reporting standards (e.g. GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs.
- Highly professional, well rounded, with ability to interact comfortably with all levels
