Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product recommendations and solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Promote and upsell products to generate sales.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, such as answering calls and filling.
  • Follow store SOPs to ensure smooth operations.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g. logistics, warehouse)Â to ensure smooth order operations.
  • Work closely with the HQ marketing team to support marketing material and promotional campaigns.
  • Track sales performance and generate reports for management review.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager as required.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team for our newly opened branch in Johor Bahru. This is an indoor sales role, where you will primarily assist walk-in customers by handling inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing professional after-sales service.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage
  • Minimum SPM qualification or any certificate.
  • Fresh graduates from any certificate program are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic communication skills in English.
  • Basic calculation skills to assist with product measurements and pricing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of tiles and mosaics is an advantage but not necessary (training provided)

Training & Accommodation

  • Training will be conducted at HQ (Kajang) Few months before Opening in Johor Bahru
  • Training Allowance and Accommodation will be provided during the training period.
