Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative & Organizational Support: Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and correspondence to ensure efficiency and productivity. This includes planning, prioritizing, and coordinating daily activities to align with strategic objectives.
- Travel Coordination: Handle all travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and meal planning for the CEO, ensuring seamless logistics for both domestic and international trips.
- Event Participation: Travel as needed for outstation meetings, events, and functions to provide on-site support, ensuring the CEO’s engagements run smoothly.
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including coordinating thoughtful gestures such as sending gifts, writing thank-you notes, or organizing special initiatives to strengthen partnerships.
- Ad Hoc Support: Assist with errands, personal tasks, and other miscellaneous duties as required, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized for strategic priorities.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research on various topics, prepare reports, and provide insights to assist the CEO in decision-making processes.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with a modern sense of design and presentation. Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address potential challenges.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in digital tools, resources, and social media platforms. Familiarity with productivity software (eg. Google Suite) and collaborative tools is essential.
- Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a significant advantage. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Driving License: Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation. Willingness to travel locally and outstation as needed.
Extra Credits:
- Specialisations: Specialised skillset or experience in areas like Human Resources, Public Relations, Accounting, Legal, or Business Development etc.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Experience: 0-5 years of professional experience; the CEO's PA must be resourceful, adaptable, and having street-smarts. Experience in supporting senior executives is a plus.
