  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Project Director/Project Manager (PD/PM) for BSS project delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring successful delivery of the project phase (including planning, cost management, and quality control) while focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Streamline front-end sales and back-end O&M processes to ensure contract compliance and high-quality delivery.
  • Utilize project management tools, methodologies, and best practices to build and manage a high performing team.
  • Develop comprehensive project operation and management plans, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Oversee the project scope, progress, cost, delivery quality, and results, with detailed planning during the project initiation phase and continuous monitoring during the implementation phase.
  • Ensure compliance with all project operation standards and regulations, ensuring adherence to management policies and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or an equivalent field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Telecommunications (Telco) & IT industry, with a proven track record in managing large-scale software delivery projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Huawei solutions or equivalent systems, including NGBSS/BES, CRM, CBS, and other related technologies is a plus.
  • Leadership & People Skills: Strong communication and people management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management Skills: In-depth knowledge and experience in applying project management methodologies such as change management, communication management, financial management, risk management, progress management, and stakeholder management.
  • Telecom Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with integrated project delivery modes within the telecom industry, as well as understanding contracts, procurement, and commercial affairs.
  • Software Solutions Knowledge: Background in software solutions such as NGBSS/BES, CBS, OCS, and experience in implementing these solutions for software products.
