The Opportunity
- Lead the development, creation, and management of reports and dashboards, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with business units to gather data, understand reporting needs, and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and generate data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and performance.
- Use advanced tools like SQL, Power BI, Excel, and other reporting platforms to extract, manipulate, and visualize data.
- Oversee the design and implementation of automated reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional teams to ensure effective data usage and reporting best practices across the organization.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Assist in the creation and management of reports and dashboards to support business performance tracking and decision-making.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and gather relevant data for analysis.
- Perform data analysis and identify trends or patterns that contribute to business insights and process improvements.
- Utilize SQL, Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools to prepare, manipulate, and visualize data.
- Support the maintenance and automation of regular reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and teams to develop and implement reporting best practices across the organization.
