They are currently seeking an experienced professional in investment operations to join their dynamic team, as they expand their presence in Malaysia.

Job responsibilities:

  • Conduct reconciliations, covering position, cash, and suspense on Clearwater for both Hong Kong and Group Entities, and escalate any arising issues
  • Aid in month-end booking and reporting adhering to specified SLAs and group standards for Hong Kong and Group Entities
  • Support uniform financial and management reporting of investments throughout the group
  • Ensure prompt and accurate daily processing of investment transactions and security pricing in Clearwater
  • Coordinate with custodians to guarantee timely recording of all investment transactions

Job requirements:

  • University degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related disciplines with 4-6 years of experience in investment accounting or fund accounting
  • Sound stakeholders management and communication skills and a good command of both spoken and written English
  • Good knowledge of investment accounting systems such as PAM, FAM, Portia, and Clearwater
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle Accounting Software is necessary, along with prior experience collaborating with pricing providers such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv
