Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales team to support our Corporate Business Events and Education & Learning Programs segments. This role focuses on engaging corporate clients for their business events, meetings, and training, while also promoting and enrolling schools into our education and learning programs. The ideal candidate will assist in building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Reach out to potential corporate clients and schools to promote business events, meetings, training programs, and learning programs.
  • Cold Calling: Make calls to corporate clients and schools to introduce and promote event services and learning programs.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and school leaders for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Event Coordination Support: Work with clients and internal teams to ensure events and programs meet their needs.
  • Sales Support: Help plan and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Proposal and Presentation: Prepare clear and professional proposals and presentations for corporate clients and schools.
  • Market Research: Research market trends and competitors to find new opportunities in corporate and educational segments.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure events and programs run smoothly.
  • Reporting: Keep records of sales activities and client interactions and report regularly to your direct superior.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Percentage increase in sales revenue compared to previous periods.
  • Sales team conversion rates and individual sales representative targets.
  • Client satisfaction scores and feedback.
  • Number of new clients acquired, and existing clients retained.
  • Average sales cycle length and conversion rates.
  • Sales pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
  • Percentage increase in profit margins through effective negotiation.
  • Number of successful contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Resolution time for customer concerns and issues.

These KPIs will serve as measurable indicators of success and effectiveness in the role of Sales, helping to assess performance, drive continuous improvement, and align efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in events, hospitality, or corporate services. Cold calling experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and client-focused with a strong work ethic.
  • Open to travel for client meetings and event support as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint, working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI would be an advantage.
