- University degree
- Work experience MINIMUM 7 years with responsibility for transactional Finance processes and/or R2R
- Experience in change management, process transition and transformation projects
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Very profound knowledge of AP, AR and R2R processes
- Proficient in IT tasks and communication
- Analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define appropriate solutions, ability to utilize data and analytics to drive new insights
- Profound knowledge of SAP FICO and MS Office

Tasks (Description of Main Tasks)
- Ensure the development and support of the assigned projects to the Finance & IT function in the region Asia/Pacific.
- Provide qualified support to the regional CFO Asia/Pacific to reach the defined Asia/Pacific short- and long-term targets.
- Support transformation and transition projects for Finance into the SSC in accordance to Schaeffler Group’s framework
- Support in the documentation of processes
- Lead the roll-in activities of Finance processes into the SSC
- End-to-End ownership of the transition scope on Asia/Pacific scale for Finance
- Translate process change into IT requirements, incl. preliminary analysis, development of business concepts together with IT
- Consolidate, define, support in implementation requirements for digitalization solutions in Finance
- Initiate and support of transformation projects
- Analyze and identify optimization opportunities of Service Delivery Operating Models
- ICS and Audit contact expert
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and build a reliable long-term relationship among them
- Support the role of the Process Manager (PM) in the respective function in connection with
Development of department KPIs
