  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Tasks (Description of Main Tasks)

  • Ensure the development and support of the assigned projects to the Finance & IT function in the region Asia/Pacific.
  • Provide qualified support to the regional CFO Asia/Pacific to reach the defined Asia/Pacific short- and long-term targets.
  • Support transformation and transition projects for Finance into the SSC in accordance to Schaeffler Group’s framework
  • Support in the documentation of processes
  • Lead the roll-in activities of Finance processes into the SSC
  • End-to-End ownership of the transition scope on Asia/Pacific scale for Finance
  • Translate process change into IT requirements, incl. preliminary analysis, development of business concepts together with IT
  • Consolidate, define, support in implementation requirements for digitalization solutions in Finance
  • Initiate and support of transformation projects
  • Analyze and identify optimization opportunities of Service Delivery Operating Models
  • ICS and Audit contact expert
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders and build a reliable long-term relationship among them
