Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor & reply to queries on comments of FB, IG, xiaohongshu (XHS) & YouTube.
- Monitor & reply to queries on inbox of IG.
- Respond to queries in 3 languages: BM, English, & Mandarin.
- Managing conversations on the feed.
- Crisis Management: Screencaps and flags the post to Brand Team immediately.
- Follow through with users’ ticket cases on social.
- Ability to multitasks & maintain good time management & organization skills.
- Write highly engaging responses to comments on social.
- To monitor conversations / buzz on social media.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders & other departments to obtain correct answers on social comments.
- Actively be responsible for constant tracking & monitoring of all social media platforms.
- Work well with cross functional team.
- Manage ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possess tertiary or professional qualification from recognized institution specializing in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or TESL (Teaching English As A Second Language) or related Professional Certification.
- MUST HAVE: Excellent written English, BM & Mandarin with impeccable spelling, grammar & punctuation.
- Highly detailed, team player, results-achiever & has an ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrable ability to handle assignment.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & Youtube platforms.
- Passionate in social media.
- Good communication skills, understanding human behaviour & how online activity impacts the business.
- Self-motivated, proactive, team-spirited, strong interpersonal skills.
- Responsible & dependable.
- High level of computer literacy.
