Responsibilities

  • Confer with AGM – Business Development to formulate departmental goals and objectives.
  • Establish priorities in improving customers’ product development and service requirements.
  • Responsible for the introduction of new products to existing and new customers.
  • Coordinate customers’ enquiries with other departments and ensure meeting customers’ needs.
  • Oversee compilation of relevant documents for product specifications/registration/notification or certification with internal departments and external parties (eg. regulatory authorities.)
  • Regular follow up with QA / R&D / Product Development personnel on product concept / development progress.
  • Regular review with customers on sales orders, product development progress and inventory status.
  • Quarterly Business Review with customers’ management on business directions, product development progress and new product / market trend updates (if any).
  • Continuously look for potential new leads and convert to new customers.
  • Assist and carry out any other related function assigned by AGM – Business Development


Experience / Skill Requirement

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Business Development environment.
  • Must be able to write and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge in MS office application.
  • Good interactive skills and able to communicate with staff at all levels.
  • personal care product experience/knowledge. If in product development or R&D experience in Personal Care industry highly advantageous.
