This position reports to Head of Performance & Analytics

Job Overview:

• You will conceptualise and create best-in-class clutter-breaking and category defying

digital content, copy and marketing output.

• You will formulate and execute brand and tactical content, copy and campaigns

based on robust data and well-articulated strategy.

• You will be working in collaboration with the digital, comms and retail marketing

teams to identify short, medium and long-term initiatives to drive the growth of the

Retail Fibre-To-The Home (FTTH) business.

• Your work will engage across the entire acquisition value chain and journey,

integrating input from the marketing, performance & analytics, comms, digital and

product teams.

• In your challenging yet fulfilling day-to-day, you will:

o Directly conceptualise and create strategic digital content and copy to

ensure successful delivery against business goals and commercial intent.

o Be deeply entrenched in the creative process with an intoxicating mix of

brand storytelling, cultural insights, data and just good old creativity.

o Devise content and copy that deliver on long-term brand building and CX

enhancement as well as short-term performance and conversion.

o Create multiple versions of copy that drive acquisition and conversion of

traffic to our direct digital channels (website, app, telesales, field sales).

o Develop copy and content that maximises SEO as well as organic traffic to

the Time website.

o Reinforce our brand promise of being ‘Malaysia’s Most Helpful Brand’ and

ensure both our tone of voice, corporate identity and our brand values are

accurately represented at every single customer journey touch point and

piece of branded content.

o Be the “voice of the consumer”, this will be key in creating copy and content

that deliver game-changing impact with sustainable, long-term competitive

advantage.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a diverse set of consumer-facing environments.

• Significant experience in communicating and working with cross-functional and

multi-disciplinary teams.

• Prior experience in creative copywriting, UI / UX writing, comms or copy based

marketing. Telco & tech industry experience is favourable but not essential.

• Commercial savviness along with executional cadence and a laser eye for detail.

• Strong understanding of market and customer dynamics coupled with the ability

to translate them into compelling and persuasive copy and content.

• Strong influencing and collaboration skills – able to inspire people at multiple

levels, demonstrates capability to operate in cross- functional teams.

• Empathetic team player who is able to communicate clearly and articulately.

• Persistent and resilient growth mindset.

• Challenger mentality with a relentless willingness to defy the status quo and

counter category norms – to zig when the world zags.
