Job Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities (100%):
- Acquire new clients and onboard them onto the CGSI Private Wealth platform, bringing in Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Drive revenue growth by leveraging the wealth platform for long-term portfolio strategies and speculative leveraged investment opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing comprehensive support, from transaction-related inquiries to investment advisory services tailored to Private Wealth clients’ needs.
- Stay updated on global financial market trends, strategies, and key investment themes.
- Conduct annual Know Your Client (KYC) reviews and ensure the upkeep of core sales reports.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of wealth products and tailor investment strategies according to clients' risk profiles and objectives.
- Demonstrate thorough expertise in account opening documentation, ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Foster and expand client networks through engagement in client events, social gatherings, and industry forums.
- Participate in weekly investment market briefings and provide support for ad-hoc product and advisory updates.
Job Requirements
To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 to 10 years in Private Banking or Premier Banking.
- Regulatory Compliance: Completion of SC Module 6 & 7 is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Networking Abilities: Proven ability to build AUM while delivering exceptional client service.
- Product Expertise: Experience with Private Banking products, including Global Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Private Banking Credit Facilities.
- Communication: Ability to effectively convey complex investment strategies and market insights to Ultra-High Net Worth clients.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Soft Skills: Positive attitude, adaptability, and collaborative spirit within a small team setting.
