What you'll be doing -

The eCommerce Manager is responsible to develop and grow eCommerce as a channel for a portfolio of Premium Airport Service products within Plaza Premium Group. The right candidate will work closely with cross- functional teams to develop effective and lasting consumer journey online, and will also be responsible to improve the performance of each brand websites. Your main goal is to grow and engage web visitors, improve online revenue, enhance customer experience and ensure a seamless end-to-end integration of our eCommerce business and systems. You will have a solid understanding and experience in UI and UX, and proficient in managing digital marketing channels and lifecycle campaigns

Job Scope -

  • Develop strategies to drive business through the company websites and across B2B, B2C and B2B2C segments
  • Leverage internal and external data to identify growth and revenue opportunities, build business cases, design, lead and implement key market initiatives with internal teams
  • Evaluate and develop user journeys to create the appropriate cross-channel digital marketing strategies to improve customer engagement and drive revenue
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing team to grow traffic to the company websites, drive conversion and increase online revenue through data-driven initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT to develop/enhance Digital Commerce platform to support business growth and enable seamless cross-brand and cross-channel marketing, cross-selling, upselling, and other lifecycle campaigns
  • Oversee various CRM efforts, including but not limited to system integration, data management, customer acquisition, segmentation, retention and engagement activities over web, email and app.
  • Set up and optimize landing pages, user funnels, A/B and MVT experiments
  • Collaborate with Design team to develop media assets for various digital touchpoints
  • Collaborate Branding and Marcom teams to deliver engaging content for campaign landing pages
  • Consistently evaluate website user interface and content to improve user experience
  • Effectively track and measure all marketing activities and website performance against business goals (ROI/KPI) and quantifiable metrics (traffic, conversion, transaction, revenue, bounce, and error rates), using standard methodologies and applicable tools and reporting
  • Supervise and facilitate system integration and online connectivity to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Develop online reporting dashboards, produce reports, and conduct ongoing data analysis to deliver actionable insights and recommendations

What you'll need -

  • University degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Statistics, or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 7 years in an eCommerce or a digital marketing role driving performance with solid business results (min. 3 years in a supervisory position)
  • Proficiency in web analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, or similar, is compulsory, with strong understanding of ROI and web conversion metrics
  • Strong knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools
  • Experience in CMS, CRM or marketing automation software, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Kentico, Adobe Marketing Cloud, is a plus
  • Technologically savvy, up-to-date with current online marketing concepts, key trends, strategy and best practices
  • Energetic self-starter, hands-on team player
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, results-oriented and ability to deliver actionable recommendations through data analysis to influence business decisions and develop strategies
  • Excellent attention to details and strong work ethics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English (and Chinese is beneficial)
