POSITION SUMMARY
This position will provide comprehensive plan for activities scheduled in 52 weeks plan inclusive but limited to ensure requirement for material, component refurbishment, resources, contract, and any special requirement is identified before handing over to short term planner. In line with integrated planning (COI/IBP) strategy, based on operational and maintenance master plan deployment, conditional request, systematic plan, reliability and engineering inputs, assets, and business risks.
Responsible for maintenance control indicators, detail analysis, communicate of the indicator and coordinate the action plan for improvement.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform the activities according to Heath, Safety and Environment (HSE), Ethic and Compliance with VPS element 8 and other Vale Standards.
Together with manager and supervisor to ensure maturity and health of VPS element 8.
Provide data to control analyst for KPI trend and FMDS daily update.
Conduct discussion with operation planning to align production and maintenance plan.
Produce quarterly comprehensive maintenance plan for short term planning use.
Extract MO from 52 weeks plan and manage the maturity (readiness to execute) of WO planned for the upcoming 13 weeks (M+3).
Carry out the planning activity considering the timelines determined by the technical parameters (KPIs) of reliability and productivity. Plan the intervention strategy, how to accomplish the maintenance activity, established deadlines and gaps, strategy for contracting services and allocate the required resources focusing on maximum productivity.
Use the tools and apps approved for planning and be integrated with the ERP.
Establish quarterly overview of service level agreement (SLA) expectation with related areas including at least:
Integrated planning (COI/IBP) and Operation: criteria for availability of asset, equipment or parts in normal receipt and delivery conditions.
Procurement and warehouse: premises to supply the demand of materials and component (new and refurbish), considering high and low demand periods and contract fulfillment period (quality, time and cost).
Workshop: demand for planning the maintenance of assets to support workshop and field (eg lathe, milling, machine, forklifts, bridges, gantries, munck trucks, washers etc) and component material requests.
Verify the creation cycles of maintenance plans according to the established procedures and maintenance strategy, requesting changes to engineering for any deviation or improvement.
Ensure accomplishment and adherence to the asset maintenance plan and schedule, according to the medium-term plan and the master plan.
Update and control the quarterly map through the Shutdowns Map system (52week MAPA)
Prioritize or change deadlines to the quarterly map according to asset condition and asset priority.
Analyze and treat inconsistencies, reporting deviations about maintenance strategy and maintenance order for integrated department discussion and FMDS meeting. Conduct root cause analysis and action plan for deviations if needed. Item for monitoring inclusive but not limited to:
HSE indicator for PCM
Maintenance Indicator or dashboard
Reliability indicator for PCM
Cost control and reporting.
Represent PCM in integrated department discussion. Coordinate the action plan for PCM.
Involved in monthly shutdown & breakdown management especially in progress reporting area.
Together with assist manager and supervisors in developing any ad hoc or special maintenance program in VMM.
QUALIFICATIONS
Academic requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent with 3-5 years of work experience / Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent with 5-7 years of work experience. Preferable candidate with experience related to plant maintenance planning activity and plant maintenance shutdown management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to foster, maintain harmony, and maximize team effectiveness.

• High level report writing skills
• Organizing, planning and Discipline in managing work.
