  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the companyâs reputation
  • Go the âextra mileâ to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
  • You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to attend an event or to visit the sales gallery to buy a product.
  • You must be able to understand the customerâs requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.

Job Requirements
  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to expand clientele by answering requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma
  • Proficient in English or Bahasa Malaysia
  • A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive.
  • The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
