Job Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Central Regional cum Portfolio Head in daily operations.
  • Monitor and manage accounts to ensure timely payment collections thus improving aging accounts.
  • Collaborate with legal team if legal actions are required.
  • Collaborate with repossessors if repo actions are required.
  • Ensure strict compliance in SOPs on recovery for all defaulted accounts.
  • Ensure timely reporting for weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports.
  • Contribute effective problem-solving solutions.
  • Conduct field work when the needs arise.
  • Working towards and achieve management target and KPIs given.
  • Attend requests and enquiries from the customers and Business Centers.
  • Negotiate with distress customers on collections solution.
  • Managing and monitors on Floor Stocking (FS) accounts.
  • Custodian of post-dated cheques.
  • Raising restructuring papers when required.
  • Undertake any other tasks that may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of credit control and relevant working experience in banking and/ or non-financial industry.
  • Candidate must possess a good grasp of the interest computation in Hire Purchase (HP) and Floor Stocking (FS).
  • Good communication skill and problem-solving skill.
  • Fast learning ability and pleasant working attitude.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Working Hour:

Monday to Thursday : 9.00am to 6.00pm

Friday : 9.00am to 5.30pm

Saturday (Alternate) : 9.00am to 12.30pm
