We are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization. Our office is located in Bangsar South.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Prepare and maintain new hire documentation and personnel files.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a positive employer brand through engaging content, networking events, and partnerships.
- Willing to learn HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Mandarin speaker will be added advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment is required.
- Experience in a startup environment would be advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
