Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer
MISSION DELIVERABLES:
• Service for design and implementation of new workplace infrastructure solutions
• Service to drive, coordinate and interface with the computer refresh project or other mass rollouts.
• Service for industrialization of the Operational Processes (automate and improve OS and standard tools related tasks)
• Service Provider’s personnel to use tools and methodologies to load, deploy and customize operating system as well as third party software. (Packaging: msi/mst/appv)
• Service with 3rd line support (troubleshooting, incident, and change management) for OS and standard tools (Encryption, Antivirus, misc. security, …)
• Service to customize workstations to meet user specifications and site/security standards.
• Service to prepare and deliver planned maintenance/upgrades (security patching, operating system, and tooling upgrades, ...)
• Service to develop and maintain Operational and Technical documentation.
• Service to drive knowledge transfer to 1st and 2nd level support teams located offshore.
• Service to validate security and audit guidelines are correctly implemented.
• Service to deliver general preventive maintenance on computers, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Service to perform remediation actions.
• Service to perform actions in compliance within specified warranty requirements.
• Service with monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any terminal service client, personal computers (PC) or notebooks that have authorized access to the network.
• Service to deliver trend analysis by monitoring and analysing incoming calls, problems, and support requests.
• Service Provider’s personnel to use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
EXPERTISE REQUIREMENTS:
• Service Provider’s personnel with working expertise and technical expertise of operating systems, standards tools (antivirus, AD, … ) and networking protocols
• Service Provider’s personnel with practical expertise with GPOs, SCCM, packaging and scripting.
• Service Provider’s personnel with - at least - confirmed professional expertise level as Microsoft Windows engineer in a large and complex IT enterprise environment.
• Service Provider’s personnel with working expertise of SCCM, AD, GPO, O365 and remote-control tools
• Service Provider’s personnel with expertise of software applications used within large organisations (ITSM, Business software…)
• Service with the following additional expertise:
o Service Provider’s personnel with computer science and/or 2 years equivalent expertise
o Service with industry certifications, that can include A+, N+ and/or MCTS/MCITP
