Job Description:
  • Analyzes and evaluates NPI product specification versus actual performance to ensure optimal match of simulation/ validation requirements with production capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability.
  • Drives test time reduction through analysis of fallout data versus test time for power/timing to balance and drive overall product cost optimizations.
  • Optimizes product supply through data analysis of post-silicon performance (power/ timing) to continue improve the binsplit, die level cherry pick (DLCP), and optimize sort/test content and yield downstream through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including class/sort test program, binning and validation team throughout the entire product life cycle.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor/ MS in engineering with 5 years working experience in manufacturing and product engineering.
  • Familiar with silicon foundry process and semiconductor yield/ performance.
  • Ideal candidate would also possess scripting (Python, Perl, Power BI, SQL, etc) and proficient with analytical tools such as JMP.
  • Good at problem-solving process and task force management with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player, good inter-people relationships, and self-motivated/disciplined.
  • Good spoken and written in English.
