A Service Executive cum Service Technician is a hybrid role that combines administrative and customer service duties with high-quality technical support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Customer Service (Front Desk Operations):
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
- Greet customers, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Act as a liaison between the company and customers to resolve issues promptly.
2. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain and manage records (work orders, courier, and store records).
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and inventory management.
- Support the department with filing, organizing, and general administrative tasks.
3. Logistic and Product Management:
- Oversee customer product distribution to authorized service centers.
- Ensure the safekeeping and tracking of products for repair and service.
- Coordinate with couriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
4. Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CS):
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
- Implement best practices to achieve and exceed KPIs.
5. Technical Support (Indoor & Outdoor):
- Diagnose and repair technical issues reported by customers.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed.
- Perform outdoor servicing at customer locations as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Qualification: Diploma or equivalent in Electronics Repairs and Services
- Skills: Technical troubleshooting, strong communication, analytical thinking, and detail-oriented.
- Experience: At least 1 year in customer service or technical support (preferred).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Behavior: Proactive, customer-focused, team player with a problem-solving mindset.
- 5 working days per week.
- 12 months’ contract position.
