Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations and management of assigned properties, ensuring effective handling of maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
  • Supervise, train, and lead a team of property staff and contractors to ensure optimal performance and the delivery of high-quality service.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financials (e.g., income, expenses, and maintenance costs).
  • Address tenant inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage lease agreements in compliance with company policies.
  • Process and manage invoices for property-related services, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial tracking.
  • Evaluate and prepare quotations for property-related services, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality service.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing efforts to attract tenants, including property listings and showings.
  • Collaborate with external contractors and service providers to maintain property condition.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, building codes, and regulations.
  • Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking, identifying cost-saving opportunities while ensuring financial objectives are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to manage a team.
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Experience in preparing financial reports, processing invoices, and evaluating service quotations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, staff, and external vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of property laws and regulations.
  • Ability to professionally handle tenant disputes and challenging situations.
  • A degree or certification in property management, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.
