Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Application Team Lead with strong functional knowledge in SAP FI/CO and/or SAP SD/MM to lead and manage a support team of up to 20 members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA, strong configuration skills, and a proven track record in SAP implementations and support engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of SAP professionals in delivering application support and enhancements.
- Provide functional expertise in SAP FI/CO or SAP SD/MM modules, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and issue resolution for SAP applications.
- Perform SAP system configuration and customization based on business requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of enhancements and incident management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure adherence to service management processes and best practices.
- Drive the resolution of critical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Manage project deliverables, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP FI/CO or SAP SD/MM, with expertise in system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Must have SAP S/4HANA experience with at least two SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA project implementations.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to Finance, Controlling, Sales, and/or Material Management.
- Hands-on experience in working with enhancements (end-to-end) and incident tickets.
- Proficiency in SAP system configurations, integrations, and best practices.
- Experience in leading and managing support teams in a service management environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
