  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible to provide technical solutions to new & existing customers in ICT networking & security solutions.
  • Responsible for actively driving and managing the presales process with partners and end users; to articulate the vendor’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
  • To provide technical assistance and guidance during the presales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements.
  • To attend meetings with prospects to determine technical and business requirements & ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations & solution demonstrations internally and externally.
  • Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Create internal design configuration documentation including process diagrams with technical explanations.
  • Participation in preparing tender document/compliance table for tender request
  • To conduct site survey on customer’s existing network setup to obtain sufficient information required.

Job Requirement:

  • Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / IT / Networking or equivalent
  • 2 years & above working experience in pre-sales in ICT industry is preferred
  • Knowledge in Server / Hyperconverged / Virtualization, backup software/solution and Security/Cybersecurity (e.g firewall, load balancer, cybersecurity) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong presentation skills and technical knowledge.
  • Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and cooperatively in a team
  • Hardworking, initiative and self-motivated with positive working attitude.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Language: Bahasa Malaysia & English (able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
