Job Summary:

This internship provides hands-on experience in sales operations, procurement processes, and supplier management. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses strong communication skills, and is interested in supply chain and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the sales process, including lead generation, client follow-ups, and sales reporting.
  • Support procurement activities such as supplier research, quotation requests, and purchase order processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Participate in meetings and provide administrative support to the Sales & Procurement team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
