Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Account Management Intern to support our Key Account Manager in handling client relationships, service coordination, and operational tasks. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in client management, operations, and customer service in the cleaning and facility management industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support the coordination of cleaning teams, tracking attendance, and monitoring service performance.
- Help in preparing reports, contracts, and other documentation for clients.
- Communicate with clients regarding service feedback, concerns, and requests.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to account management.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Docs / Sheets/ Slides.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to visit client sites when required.
- Must have own transport
