The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration for Pitch Pop. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Sales Strategies:
- Create comprehensive sales plans to promote Pitch Pop in targeted markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments for expansion.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall brand strategies.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
- Sales Performance & Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance using CRM and analytics tools.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide insights and feedback to shape product development and marketing strategies.
