In line with our rapid expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join us as an Accounts Executive. You will be mainly responsible for handling a full set of accounts.

Who are we looking for?

· You will need to manage & lead the finance function day to day operation of overall account and financial activities (AP, AR, GL, Petty Cash, Bank Reconciliation and BA due date listing)

· You will need to conduct financial analysis and prepare accurate timely reporting and submission of monthly, periodic, as well as management report (Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss / Cash Flow). Update and report directors at a timely manner, including weekly payment/collection forecasts

· You will need to liaise with banker, solicitors, company secretary, tax agent and auditors pertaining to financial matters.

· You will need to ensure Audit requirements are met and manage company tax and Planning

What do we need from you?

· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Professional Qualifications or equivalent.

· Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia speaking. It will have advantage if know Mandarin speaking

· Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!

· The company is a 3 years startup company which required someone competence in the relevant responsibilities.
