Job Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategies and propositions to meet business objectives, financial targets, and growth plans for Tune Protect AirAsia Sky Agents.
- Explore, identify, and develop a network of regional AirAsia Sky Agents, as well as opportunities through innovative distribution options.
- Develop and drive sales results along with marketing initiatives or projects to achieve financial targets.
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems and procedures are ready for internal processes and those of AirAsia.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with the AirAsia Partnership and Sales & Distribution teams, leveraging these relationships for greater collective impact.
- Manage a team focused on Business Development and Support to ensure that business objectives are met, providing support to AirAsia and Sky Agents.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and growth targets.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams towards success.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
