Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, works coordination and scheduling, project documentations, managing project budgets, ensuring construction safety regulations are followed, and maintaining project control throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Project Management experience
  • Budgeting and Financial Management skills
  • Knowledge of Construction Safety Regulations
  • Strong background in Construction Management of interiors and architectural works.
  • Experience in Project Control and Coordination
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Construction Management or related fielD
