Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, works coordination and scheduling, project documentations, managing project budgets, ensuring construction safety regulations are followed, and maintaining project control throughout the construction process.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Project Management experience
- Budgeting and Financial Management skills
- Knowledge of Construction Safety Regulations
- Strong background in Construction Management of interiors and architectural works.
- Experience in Project Control and Coordination
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Relevant diploma or degree in Construction Management or related fielD
