Responsibilities:
HR Strategy
- Collaborate and partner with the leadership team on formulating people strategy, providing HR solutions and initiatives that are aligned with the corporate objectives and based on priority.
Organisation Development
- Analyse the organizational capabilities and work with leaders to review and develop the right organizational structure and ways of working for the business
Employee Engagement
- Positively impact employees by cultivating a highly integrity culture and performance-driven working ethics, to achieve the employees' satisfaction and healthy corporate / environment culture
Employee Relations
- Facilitate resolution of employee conflicts or concerns. Investigate allegations of employee’s misconduct and guide the management on disciplinary and grievance processes
Talent Development
- Drive talent review process and review with leaders to create individual development and succession plans to improve the human capabilities
Manpower Planning
- Forecast and plan ahead the manpower needs for the business to ensure the readiness of the human resources in meeting the business demands
Compensation & Benefits
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits, researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
HR Operations
- Overseas the daily workflow of the HR and Administrative department
- Develop, update and review all HR policies, procedures and strategic HR initiatives from conceptualization to implementation.
- Prepare management reports on activity, budget and other ad hoc projects to the management
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
- Maintain and constant updates on local employment laws and regulations compliance. Recommend best practices, reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Attend to internal and external audit meetings and queries
- Handle all workforce communications relating to HR Policy and Employee Handbook
- Performs any other responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experiences in HR generalist role, managing a team of 5 – 6 staffs
- Proven solid track records of successful implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Experiences in dealing with diversified business and managing various levels of stakeholders in a MNC environment
- Familiar with latest update in Employment Act
- Knowledgeable and having exposure in managing HRIS system
- Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team spirit with ability to work independently in meeting tight deadlines
- Systematic with the ability to initiate improvement on the established policies
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, both written and communication
- Willing to work at Damansara Uptown, PJ
