  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and uploading of journal entries for group consolidated management reports.
  • Assist in extracting and compiling data for monthly flash.
  • Assist with reconciliation and variance analysis exercises, including but not limited to foreign currency exposure analysis.
  • Provide support to other team members for all finance and accounting matters as and when required.
  • Involve in system implementation.
  • Participate in project, company initiatives and process improvements.
  • Assist in ad hoc report requested by management from time to time.

Job requirement and qualification

  • A diploma/ degree/ professional certificate in Accounting or of relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage
  • Strong excel skills, including Vlookup, pivot table etc.
  • Candidate with experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with knowledge of consolidation is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
  • Positive working attitude, high integrity and willingness to learn.
  • Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
  • To be based at Johor Bharu.
