  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What will you be engaged in?

As our new Fleet Inspection Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient inspection, maintenance, and cleanliness of fleet vehicles, as well as handling dispatch-related tasks. The role requires hands-on vehicle troubleshooting, basic maintenance, and collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations. A valid and competent driving license is essential.

PUSPAKOM Inspection

  • Communicated with Puspakom PIC for any related issue Mobile inspection.
  • Communicated with Puspakom PIC for any related issue Branch inspection.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely inspection of company vehicles in compliance with PUSPAKOM regulations.
  • Manage vehicle documents and inspection schedules.

Car Handover preparation

  • Ensure all cars accessories are complete before handover
  • Ensure accessories are in good working condition
  • Preparation to return fleet to lease.

Car Yard in and out status

  • Car inspection before dispatch to zone
  • Checking upon return from vendor
  • Update total no of cars in yard.

Vehicle Trouble Tickets

  • Attend and resolve simple car trouble tickets promptly.
  • Report any major issues to the relevant department for further action.

Vehicle Inspection

  • Conduct routine checks on fleet vehicles to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Identify potential mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions.

Vehicle Cleanliness

  • Coordinate sending vehicles for wash and vacuum to maintain a clean fleet at all times.

Dispatch Cases

  • Attend to dispatch cases as assigned, ensuring safe and timely delivery.

Basic Vehicle Troubleshooting

  • Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance, including but not limited to checking fluids, tire pressure, and other minor repairs.
  • Ensure all vehicles are in operational condition.

Additional Duties

  • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

  • Valid and competent driving license (Class D or relevant license).
  • Experience with fleet vehicle inspection or maintenance is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to travel locally for vehicle inspections and dispatch assignments.
  • Flexible in working hours, depending on operational needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
