Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Management Specialist with exceptional "Execution Intelligence" – someone who can translate strategic vision into actionable, locally-tailored initiatives. In this role, you will drive key talent management and learning & development (L&D) initiatives, ensuring that global strategies are effectively adapted to meet the unique needs of our local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Lead the annual performance review cycle, implementing improvements and introducing new initiatives to enhance employee performance.
  • Learning & Development: Spearhead organization-wide learning initiatives and facilitate high-impact workshops that promote continuous professional growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day L&D operations, including the setup and optimization of the Learning Requisition Process to ensure smooth execution.
  • Talent Development: Facilitate talent development forums and succession planning discussions to identify and nurture future leaders.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs, including targeted succession planning and leadership initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in talent management or learning & development roles.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing talent programs, performance management strategies, and facilitating impactful workshops.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic goals into practical, locally adapted actions.
